Pita Pockets

We would describe our pita pockets as hearty, bursting with flavours and a bit clumsy to eat :-) In keeping with our ethos of keeping our food free of refined ingredients, our wholewheat pita bread is free of refined flour (maida). The delicate texture of our falafels is because our recipe does not use any binders. In making the pockets, the pita bread is stuffed with about fifteen fillings including falafels, hummus, sauces, pickles, sauces, fresh-cut vegetables, fried brinjal, and capsicum.
