Classic Falafel Hummus Plate

This is a Middle Eastern classic which is a bowl of chickpea hummus topped with falafels, tahini sauce, zhug sauce, shatta sauce. In keeping with our ethos of keeping our food free of refined ingredients, our wholewheat pita bread is free of refined flour (maida). The delicate texture of our falafels is because our recipe does not use any binders. Eating recommendation - best enjoyed when every bite combines the bread, some hummus, falafel, some tahini sauce, one of the other sauces.
