Chili Falafel Hummus Plate
A bowl of chickpea hummus topped with falafels, tahini sauce, zhug sauce, shatta sauce, mustard sauce, pickled jalapenos, paprika and any other seasonal toppings which catch our attention, such as fresh green peppers, star fruit, fresh cut green mango and gooseberry served with wholewheat pita bread. Eating recommendation- best enjoyed when every bite combines the bread, some hummus, falafel, some tahini sauce, one of the other sauces. We will leave it to you to imagine the magic!
